Rev. Ruben Douglas Brazzile, is ordained as the Pastor and is the elected Executive Director for Pastoral Care Management Services [PCMS], a Christian based ministry organization who provides community based programs to those in need, and is a credentialing agent for clergy in pastoral care. Service providers are credentialed through the Certification, Credentialing and Licensing Board, an agent that acts independently and impartially who overseer’s and certifies accreditation, specialized instruction, training, credentialing, and oversight for individual clergy and service organizations who provide pastoral care services.
