Our guest speaker for Saturday, 7 January 2012 is Ms. Jackie Law. She volunteers with the Living Well With Chronic Conditions workshops sponsored by African American Reach and Teach program (http://aarth.org/index.htm) through Stanford University’s, ( http://patienteducation.stanford.edu/) Chronic Disease Self-Management Program(CDSMP).
